Thank you for shopping with Kkhavo, a brand of Pushkar G Industries. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship our Premium Kala Namak rice and related products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. You can check if your pincode is serviceable by entering it on the product page or at checkout before placing your order.
International shipping is currently not offered through our website. For bulk or export enquiries, please contact us at info@kkhavo.com.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods, new product launches, or extreme weather conditions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, regional conditions, and events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode, order weight, and selected shipping method. The final amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is available on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all serviceable pincodes across India.
- A COD handling fee of ₹100 applies on every COD order, in addition to shipping charges. This fee covers secure cash handling and reverse logistics.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not be able to provide change.
- We reserve the right to decline COD for orders where repeated non-acceptance, suspicious activity, or a history of refused deliveries has been observed from the delivery address or phone number.
- To avoid the ₹100 COD fee, choose a prepaid option at checkout (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet via Razorpay).
Our Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other reputed carriers. The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery pincode and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message with:
- Your AWB (tracking number)
- A tracking link
- The name of the carrier
You can use the tracking link at any time to see live updates on your shipment's status.
Packaging
Our products are packaged to preserve the aroma, freshness, and quality of premium Kala Namak rice. Each pack is sealed in food-grade packaging and placed inside a sturdy outer carton to protect against moisture and damage in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or the contents are defective or missing:
- If possible, refuse delivery and note the issue with the delivery person.
- Contact us at info@kkhavo.com or +91 98370 44003 within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product
- A short description of the issue
We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, per our Return Policy.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Delivery and Undeliverable Orders
- If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt delivery 2 more times.
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (less the original shipping and any return-to-origin charges).
- If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
Address Changes
You may request a change to your shipping address by contacting us at info@kkhavo.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only modify the address before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Contact us at info@kkhavo.com or +91 98370 44003 to request cancellation.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our Return Policy.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier or courier delays beyond our control
- Weather events, natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions
- Regional lockdowns, curfews, or government restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Non-serviceable pincodes flagged after order placement
In such cases, we will work with our logistics partners to get your order to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the products and risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed over to our shipping partner, except in cases of damage in transit covered under our damaged-items process above.
