Refund policy

At Pushkar G Industries (operating as Kkhavo), we take great care to maintain the quality of our products. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests.

However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we will review it fairly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at info@kkhavo.com.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Image of invoice
  • Unboxing video
  • 1 image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.

After verification, we will promptly resend and replace the damaged item. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

2. Missing Product

If an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days from delivery by emailing us at info@kkhavo.com.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Image of invoice
  • 1 image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the opened box with all received items

Refund requests cannot be accepted; however, the missing product will be re-sent promptly after verification. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

3. Spoiled Product

If you believe the product is spoiled, please inform us within 7 days from the delivery date at info@kkhavo.com.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging / manufacture
  • Clear images and video of the product

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are natural. These variations may occur due to the natural production process, seasonal factors, storage conditions, water quality, and cooking method. No artificial additives are used, and we aim to retain the natural quality and nutritional value of the product.

We will investigate the issue thoroughly and provide a fair and transparent resolution. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
